Why work for Navigate?
All of our staff care about people. We are motivated by being able to help, advocate for, educate and support individuals who might struggle otherwise.
As a member of the Navigate team you will be home-based with a requirement to travel across a patch with Somerset and/ or Devon. We don’t have an office but do have regular contact with each other either over the phone and email or in person through team meetings, events and one-to-one catch-ups.
You will be supported as an employee with excellent supervision and safeguarding practices, robust lone-working practices as well as frequent training opportunities. The leadership team here at Navigate have an open-door policy and are always willing to listen and help you.
