Thanks to a successful application for continuation three-year funding from the Community Fund’s National Lottery Partnership Fund we are happy to announce we are relaunching Transitions. This much needed financial well being project  provides benefits, money and debt advice across rural Torridge and West Devon for individuals unable to access mainstream advice due to their location, a physical, mental health or learning disability or caring responsibility. Over the last three years Transitions has received nearly 500 referrals for advice, helped maximise the income of its clients by nearly £960,000, written off debts of £269,000 and  provided 579 home visits.

Transitions also offers money capability training and in partnership with WDCVS and TTVS we work along side our voluntary and community partners sharing our financial inclusion knowledge, facilitate community well being events, talks and Stakeholder Forum discussions.

We would like to say a big thank you to the Community Fund for enabling us to continue to provide employment to the Transitions staff team and offer consistency and continuity to our clients and community partners. We are very excited about the next three years.
